We are an interdisciplinary team of experts from Germany and Peru with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of foreign trade and internationalisation, international cooperation, intercultural communication and business development.
Patricia Martinez (Dr.)
Business economist, with a Master’s degree in Foreign Trade and a Doctorate in Education and more than 25 years of experience in foreign trade as an exporter and importer, as well as a business consultant, specialising in internationalisation, international cooperation, foreign trade management, customs management, customs operations, customs nomenclature and business plans for foreign trade.
As a lecturer in higher education, she works at some Peruvian universities on the topics of foreign trade and internationalisation.
Erika Shishido Lohmann (M.A.)
Certified intercultural Trainer and Coach. Managing Director of ilvy Intercultural HR.
Focus: Diversity Management 4.0, People & Culture, communication and international cooperation in internationalisation processes.
Studies in Peru and Germany in communication, business psychology and Media & Education. She has more than 15 years of experience in management and leadership in communication and training of managers and executives of multinational companies in Germany.
As a lecturer in higher education, she works on the topics Intercultural Business and Psychology.
She has extensive experience working with professionals from Latin America, Europe and Asia.
